Refund policy

Every pendant is custom-made for your order, so it cannot be returned or exchanged once production has started.

If your pendant arrives damaged, does not light up, or differs from your order, contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos, and we will remake it free of charge or give you a full refund.

You can cancel your order for a full refund before production starts.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within a few business days, depending on your bank.
